B

base opposite

article

noun

  • The opposite of the base of a word, whose semantic position is opposite akeen to such word.

The base of the word red is color, the opposite of color, is invisible light. This is the opposite base of red. To get the base opposite, find the opposite of such word (cyan) and apply it to the base opposite, this will get the base opposite of red, which is cyan-oriented invisible light, since color is in the middle of the light spectrum, the base opposite can be found at both extremities of the light spectrum, meaning that there is a difference between the positive and negative bounds of the base opposite. This why the posbound base opposite would hypothetically be gammacyan and the negbound base opposite would hypothetically be radiocyan.
