for real 
interjection
- roughly equivalent to "serious." Used similarly to phrases such as, "Seriously?"   "Are you serious?" etc. Can also be used as a statement rather than a question, meaning "Seriously!" Also for reals.
Sally: I got an A on my paper.
Bennie: For real?
