used by American football players toward other players of the game. It means you suck, your garbage, you get no P.T (play-time), it implies that you are bad at the game, an to not associate your self with that particular player. It is an insult for the most part but is used in jokes. These jokes can be modified to imply the "duck" terminology.
[player walks up to 2 teamates that are paying attention to the field] he says to them; "Hey, would yall boys like some bread, cause yall some ducks.
Also yelling a "quack" towards another player is considered calling them a duck.
