nothing about. In other words, running off at the mouth without a clue. Submitter
John Voight knows the term existed in deep south (United States) during the 1940's
and 1950's as his dad used it frequently. He notes that his dad may have picked it up in World War II.
All that meaningless spew coming out of his mouth is just a bad case of epizootics of the blowhole.
