  • inspirational material for keeping one's self thin. See also pro-ana.
    Diets weren't helping the new mom lose weight. After looking at her husbands stash of thinspiration porn, she got the motivation she needed to help her lose 20 lbs: for her husband she'd replace those pictures with the real thing.
