• Of all submissions, 50% said that the term only refers to the male perineum. 33% specified that the term only refers to the female perineum. 17% indicated that it can refer to both the male and female perineum.

• A shortened form of "it ain't your genitals and it ain't your anus." "Genitals" of course can be replaced with any word meaning genitals and "anus" can be replaced with any word meaning anus.
  
  "It ain't" when spoken rapidly may sound like "taint."
