• A girl who lives in the hood or slums of a town that gets watever she can get from anyone to survive. She usually runs with gangs, has many kids, with different baby daddys, is on welfare and is usually uneducated. Has no car, money, or means to get money. Therefore she will never escape the hood, because she is a product of her hood she knows no better... Basically a hood rat is a ghetto bitch.
