    Speaker: Have you stolen my bag?

    Response: Have I 'eck as like!
    Speaker: Did you burn the house down?

  • ridiculously, or extremely drunk, to the point of lost or motor skills. Most likely comes from being wet from spilling drinks on one's self. Also wet.
    I was SO wetted last night!
