C
cassamoe
- popular term in Central Florida hospitality industry for people who tend to run servers with no regard to other diners in a servers station. Derived from the cassamoes tendency to use cassamoe (pronounced "casa mo") in place of "can I have some more". Example; Cassamoe bread; cassamoe tarter sauce, cassamoe butter, et, al. Servers tend to fall behind when overloaded with a section full of "cassamoes", as "cassamoes" don't compile a list of needed items, they generally ask fo' mo' upon each delivery of a previously requested item. In short, cassamoes run servers like a pair of cheap panty hose.
