hose bag
- generally refers to a person of lose morals but it can also imply that the person is not all that intelligent and somewhat of a loser.
She/he is such a hose bag.

- n. It is 'pretend' and 'mature' combined. It means someone who wants to grow up too fast, so she wears makeup and shaves, and thinks she needs to wear padded bras and all.
It can be a synonym for 'prep' sometimes.
