  • a black man of Negroid-Australoid descent. Especially a black alpha male. Based on the American, Australian and Dalit Black Panther Movements (cf. the 1995 film Panther directed by Mario Van Peebles), as well as the Black Panther character of Marvel comics (T'Challa). Compare to panthress.
    Tyrone is a panther.

panther hunter

noun

  • a Fair or White woman of Caucasoid-Mongoloid descent who aggressively pursues Black men of Negroid-Australoid descent as lovers, esp. Black alpha males. Based on the panther being a popular symbol of Black men. Compare with Panthress Hunter and Jungle Fever.
    Jane is dating Tyrone! She is a Panther Hunter!
    The white girls of that neighbourhood are famous for being Panther Hunters.

  • A Black woman of Negroid-Australoid descent. Also 'Pantheress'.

    Based on the Black Panther Party and the Black Pantheress character of Shuri from Marvel Comics.
