• to commit suicide via overdose by banging a drug. That is, to commit suicide via overdose by injecting a drug intravenously.
  
  (A person who mainlines drugs like heroin is referred to as a banger.)

  He was so tired of being tired and hurt that he decided to bang out and end the pain.
