Muppetbot

  • When a company uses untrained chatbots or so-called artificial intelligence to interface with customers for support, to save money.For example, FaceBook's (Meta Inc's) alleged non-existent support for paid advertising customers.

    Example 1: 'Are you a FaceBook chatbot? Please escalate' (ignored)

    Example 2: I believe you are a Muppetbot.
