To resolve Google's penalty
against this site (still active after 440 days)
I've been forced to censor all 5,300 citations of slang use.
With the penalty in place, there's just no way to compete on a level playing field
with dictionaries that don't have citations. Guys: I'm sorry.

Definition of classy hoochie
classy hoochie
- The student who gave me this word differentiated between "hoochie" and "classy hoochie." A "hoochie" is a trashy sort of woman, all dressed up, in very slutty clothing. A "classy hoochie" is a high-class woman dressed up in a slutty way.
Wearing her leather pants and vest, Sandi was a hoochie.
