  • Fool or idiot. Australian. It's the leftover dung on a sheeps bum.

  • it is used to describe a person whose clothes are unfashionable, or sloppy (tracksuit pants and moccasins are daggy)

  • someone who is nerdy/goofy/kind of funny/doesn't quite fit in, but is nonetheless quite endearing or likeable. Origin: Whilst a dag could be dung-coated wool, as you would find stuck under a sheep's bottom, in Australian slang.
