• The act of observing a public or private incident or accident using a cell phone to send video, pix and / or text.

  E-gawk, e-gawker, e-gawked, e-gawking, e-gawks.

  As when the 9 mile bridge burnt down, the local news crews shown footage of the by standers all with their cell phones in full record & send mode.
