    Citation from Made famous by Del Boy Trotter in the BBC comedy series Only Fools and Horses. Spelling also Cushty. Originally from Romany kushto meaning 'easy or comfortable' according to Oxford English dictionary censored in hope of resolving Google's penalty against this site.
