  • The act of increasing someone's workload because of their ability to complete their current workload efficiently. i.e. Punishment in the guise of a reward.

    "I finished that last assignment so quickly that I was rewarnished with more work."

    "The rewarnishment for doing a very good job lately has been to pick up extra work".
