Definition of sauerkraut

sauerkraut

  • An average looking female, typically in a male dominated industry, who receives undue (drunken) male attention due to the unnaturally high ratio of males to females. See also sausage fest. Stems from Oktoberfest, where no one eats sauerkraut without a big platter full of assorted sausages.
