  • 1. messed up, dirty or untidy.
    I got your e-mail but it's all skoogied.
    I put this is the copier, but it got all skoogied when it came out.
    2. psychologically maladjusted to become confused or make an error.
    I attempted to figure out the professor's assignment, but I got all skoogied.
    3. Going from one place to another.
    Bridget skoogied on over to Meg's house already.
