To resolve Google's penalty
against this site (still active after 438 days)
I've been forced to censor all 5,300 citations of slang use.
With the penalty in place, there's just no way to compete on a level playing field
with dictionaries that don't have citations. Guys: I'm sorry.

Definition of smoker
smoker
- "A smoker" is someone who is addicted to smoking crack cocaine, and whose addiction prevents them from being completely trustworthy or able to follow through on commitments. This term is not a form of denigration- it doesn't make them a bad person or consign them to a criminal class. It simply calls attention to their limitations in relationship to everyday activities. Example of usage: "Nah, he a smoker, so he don't show up to practice on-time, or at all. But when he do get here, he's ready to play and he's tight." Usage noted in San Francisco & Oakland California during from the 1990's to the present day.
