- taken from famous scene of Buffalo Bill in Silence of the Lambs, in which the effeminate serial killer proceeds to get a more realistic perspective of himself as a woman by tucking his penis between his legs; also seen in Ace Ventura: Pet Detective. Used in the advent of a personal insult.
