• a male unfamiliar with Speed Seduction, a technique used to pick up women.

  A "Waldo" is somebody who is a pot smoker. It originates from the early 70's in So. Cal. where a group of high school students took a break at 4:20 every day to smoke weed. Hence also the term "420 Friendly". These kids were known as "Waldo's.
