  • to make an irreparable (possibly tragic) mistake. Originated in the US Air Force.
    Well, Jim, we lost the account. Looks like you really screwed the pooch on this one.

  • skanky and or messed up. Can be used to describe either sex.
    That bitch over there, (s)he's tor up from da flo' up!

  • Basically means getting drunk, there are a few different ways it's said. When you say "toe up from the floor up", you should pronounce it as "toe up from the flo' up."
    We partied last night and got toe up from the floor up!
