• Adjective: to be fluffed up or puffy, poofy. Often used in reference to hairdo, and sometimes to clothing. Also: "all foofed up" Example - a shirt that has very puffy shoulders could have this comment: "I hate this blouse, it's all foofed up in the shoulders."
