  • fluffed up; puffy; poofy. Often used in reference to hairdo, and sometimes to clothing.
    My hair is so foofy today!
    Also: "all foofed up".
    (A shirt that has very puffy shoulders could have this comment:) I hate this blouse, it's all foofed up in the shoulders.
