  • To eat hastily, usually implies a general satisfaction with the quality of the food.

  • "tip" + "dump". Used in southeast Texas.
    Don't tump that over.

  • Southern kids combine the words tip and dump to form "tump" while they were learning to talk.

  • Used in Savannah, Georgia since at least 1880. Meaning to accidentally tip something over which usually contains liquid or is floating in liquid. Sail boats sometimes tump over. Don't tump the glass over.
