- completely naked. Sometimes "butt naked" is used, albeit incorrectly. "Buck" and "butt" sound fairly similar.

- white trash, seems to be confined in use to Missouri.

- An unsophisticated person with no class or couth. Dresses unfashionably and doesn't know how to act in public. Sometimes there is the implication of being from the country and/or a poorer part of town.
That hoosier has five rusty cars parked on his front lawn.
That Motley Crew T-shirt is totally hoosier.
