street runner
- an errand boy for a drug dealer. A person who brings back the total money that he collected that day to his employer and receives a small percentage as payment for his services.
This person can also be hired for running illegal numbers or spreading valuable information to gang members by word of mouth to avoid wire tapes on phone conversations.
