    That dude with a mullet wearing white high top Reebok pumps and a jean jacket with a Metallica patch and skull ear rings is an old school grit from way back.
    This definition is questionable and is pending deletion. It will be saved from deletion if legitimate citations are found.

  • Where I was a kid in Southeastern Michigan in the late 1970's in high school, a "grit" was a kid who was part of the "tough" group. Smoking cigarettes, dress slovenly, likely smoked marijuana, girls would wear shirts showing bare midriff. That sort of thing. They likely were also part of the group that we called "burnouts." LOL. Hilarious stuff.

  • after using meth standing in front of a mirror and digging on ones face. falsely thinking ones face has a blemish or pimple and due to the drugs the person continue to dig out a blemish that does NOT exist.
