interjection

  • It means that the person in question is trying to get the attention of the person they are speaking to, but the person they are speaking to is lost in their own thoughts and not paying attention to them. Because the person is said to be 'spacing out', they are being contacted by earth.
    Teacher: Earth to Nancy! What was my question?

  • the level of tiredness experienced by a person after a four- or five-day stay the first time one goes to Las Vegas, Nevada, US. The most tired a person can be.
    No way I am going to work today - I'm Vegas tired.
