To resolve Google's penalty
against this site (still active after 441 days)
I've been forced to censor all 5,300 citations of slang use.
With the penalty in place, there's just no way to compete on a level playing field
with dictionaries that don't have citations. Guys: I'm sorry.

country bumpkin
noun
- A southerner or one who has been raised in a rural area and has the characteristics similar to that of a hillbilly.
She grew up in the south, so she is a bit of a country bumpkin.
I live in Chicago, but since I grew up on a farm my friends still think I'm a country bumpkin.
