- The bowel movement of a person suffering from diarrhea. This expression typifies the notorious reputation of tropical vacation spots for spreading such diseases as Norwalk virus. "Don't drink the water in Mexico." etc. A Havana omelet is a visual reference to what you see in the bowl just before you flush.
