Definition of LoadIt

  • A phrase coined by a Brooklyn fitness instructor, this refers to the act of increasing resistance on the flywheel of a spin bike. This would typically be done during a challenging climb and is achieved by turning the flywheel to the right.

The spin instructor called out to her class, "LoadIt!" because today they were climbing several large mountains for the ride.
