- A phrase coined by a Brooklyn fitness instructor; the act of making muscles feel that they are warmed up, move with ease, and are flexible.

LoadIt
verb
- A phrase coined by a Brooklyn fitness instructor, this refers to the act of increasing resistance on the flywheel of a spin bike. This would typically be done during a challenging climb and is achieved by turning the flywheel to the right.
