Norwegian florist

A Norwegian florist, although originally a person specialized in sending flowers to Norway, also means a person who has a job unsuited to his climate. Most people would think Norway is way too cold to grow flowers. It is used to talk about people whose activities seem very unlikely based on their latitude.
