  • used to express annoyance at someone's mention or suggestion of X. Usually spoken/muttered by a man, gesturing or implying gesture to the groin area, to indicate the level of respect he gives to X or what he is "offering" instead of X.
    Person A: You don't have the IF-8 form, sir.

    Person B: Yeah? I've got your IF-8 form right here.
