A fucktard is an individual who is well equipped to operate normal living duties but somehow finds themselves looking more mentally challenged than the average person. In the south or Southern States of The United States of America, a fucktard can usually be found with self inflicted injuries, caused in the name of fun, normally preceded by the famous catch phrase " hey y'all watch this." Therein lies the stupidity, that sets in motion a chain of events, resulting in the phrase " dude you're such a FUCKTARD! "
