  • having sex with more than one person in any given situation. 2. giving blow jobs to a number of individuals, disregarding past sexual history (frequent, frequenting, frequenter).

  • Seems to be a New York City synonym for "hood" or "crook." Often heard on network cop shows, e.g. "Law and Order."
    NYC cop: I busted a coupla mooks.
