- Today, it's used in the sense of "synching", as in seeing eye-to-eye with someone, equine or human.
He and I don't exactly geehaw.

- A crowded party, bar, or club that has a large percentage of attractive females. Combination of 'hoe' and 'oasis'.
I rolled up to the party last night and it was a hoasis.

- to kneel in front of the toilet vomiting. The image is derived from that of a person leaning forward on a road-racing type motorcycle (a.k.a. crotch rocket). Now imaging a person in a similar position kneeling in front of the toilet with his hands resting on each side of the tank.
