• It's a term domed from the military, the stripes represent you have completed a course like a senior officer has strips/wings.
  
  It is earned from going down on a woman during her periods, grabbing her tampon string with your teeth and pulling it out. Then shacking your face side to side making the tampon hit each cheek, creating the striped wings effect.
