- non-elegant, in a way that solves a problem using the sheer amount of computer processing available, rather than finding (or inventing) a smarter technique.
I was tired of reading CRLS, so I wrote a quick-and-dirty brute force algorithm.

When I switch my car into 4-wheel drive, the Bluetooth connection no longer works. It must be some weird bug.

I've been under such time pressure for the past few years that I haven't been able to really think about the code that I'm writing. I just have to pump it out.
With 5 detective novels under my belt, it's pretty easy to pump another one out every couple months.
