noun
- a person who has ingested such a large quantity of drugs (often over an extended period of time) that it's evident even when they aren't under the influence at present. Characteristics often include stereotypical drug-induced behavior such as forgetfulness, slowness of speech, and loss of intelligence.
I can't believe how much pot he smokes. He's such a burn-out now.
