• It has two uses. One as an adjective shortened "messed up" where it describes something as broken down. It also is used to described something as totally off the wall crazy. I've heard some insane skateboarding tricks that are so stupid to attempt described as messed.

• It's when someone goes so nuts that a stronger word has to be used to describe their behavior. Also means crazy, or off the wall/off his rocker. It's also possible for a person to go nuttso on someone (freak out on them).
