  • when you are living in the hood, and you got like a HUD house, and you got a Benz outside. That's hood rich. It just don't equal out. When your car cost more than 10 times what the house is worth.

  • to describe an item that is something you would normally expect to see only in a low-income housing project. The example I saw was on MTV's Pimp My Ride where the car owner had used a bent coat hanger to replace the turn signal stick.
    Man, that rigged-up steering wheel is hood rich!
