When someone is taking advantage of another person ("using another person") they will play them out when they are going to see how much they can get from the person they are using. They are playing them out because the person will be out of what they want, or will no longer give.

  As we got a bit older the late night party scene got to be way too played out for most of us to continue.

• a very unattractive person. From the concept of putting a bag over the head of someone very unattractive. A two-bagger therefore, is unattractive enough to require two bags.

• A plain or ugly female/male, the suggestion being were you to have sex you would need a bag over their head so you didn't have to see, and a bag over your head in case the bag on theirs fell off. Common southern English usage.
