- The other answer is entirely incorrect. It's not even slang at all as slang means "shortened language" and this is a spelling or pronunciation error.
E.g "Wah gwon" short for "what's going on" is slang.
It's how less educated people pronounce "smooth". Often, people of low educational standing pronounce the letters of "th" as either an "ff" or a "vuh".
