  • This allegedly according to the 'Daily Telegraph Cryptic Crossword' originates from the USA to identify to the receipt of the said phrase that the narrator believes that a person is talking bullshit. (Feathers cannot be found on a horse apart from mythical ones, such as the Pegasus.)
    Oh man, you are talking complete horsefeathers.

    Said by siblings when a parent orders child to do something that could lead to losing the best spot on the couch, control of the remote, and the current tv show.

    Mom: "Steven go take the garbage out."

    Steve: "Horslers!"

    Alan: (while Steve is gone doing the chore, grabs remote and changes channel until he hears Steven return, then quickly changes channel back and returns remote to spot on couch before Steven returns.

    Syd: "hey Steven, Alan messed with your spot..."

    Steven and Alan wrestling on the ground.

    Syd laughs as he changes the channel and takes Steven's spot.

    Syd: "Steven forgot to recall horslers, lol."
