  • to (figuratively) melt upon seeing or making eye contact with an attractive person. Perhaps from the feeling of warmth accompanied by the attraction.

    This describes someone who knows all of the tiny details of a process, but completely lacks knowledge of the true nature and purpose of that process.

    Compare to detail oriented or obsessive-compulsive.

    The auditor focused entirely upon documentation and seemed to be someone who memorized the lyrics, but was tonedeaf to the music.
