  • fake. Usually in terms of phony drugs or jewels that appear to be authentic but were manufactured to be sold fraudulently.
    That 14k gold chain you bought was perk.

  • when you're intoxicated so badly all you can do is grin, you can't help it, usually associated with smoking marijuana.
    Look at Michael he just dropped like 10 hits of liquid LSD, he's stuck on perma- grin. That shit must be super good. I want some.

  • The humiliating public appearance under police arrest of some prominent or wealthy person, usually while being walked to a criminal law proceeding, such as an arraignment.
    ENRON's Fastow is doing the perp walk today.
